The below represents a selection of my recent achievements working as a Design Director, Researcher, and Strategist for my Fortune 500 and government clients. I would love to walk you through any of these in more detail during virtual or in-person conversation.

Empowering Board Directors to make smarter fiduciary decisions
Saved a New York stock exchange’s antiquated iPad application from irrelevance as new competitors threatened their place in the market. I led the UX team from discovery through the early stages of development. The new experience enables directors, board members, and executives to be better prepared, engaged, and aligned inside and outside the boardroom.
Cultivating joyful relationships between bank and young customers
In the first of a design sprint initiative I co-created with Apple, I led a 3-person squad over 10 days to reimagine the employee-customer banking experience for one of the largest banks in the US. The experience concept aimed to bring the personal touch of banking to a younger demographic.


Establishing loyalty among non-captive insurance advisors
In partnership with Apple, I led sales and delivery of this discovery and experience strategy mobile transformation project for billion-dollar insurance firm business unit. The new experience aims to position our client as the market leader to attract a younger demographic to the advisor population.
Centering research and design into product development process to ensure user-centricity
Worked with senior client stakeholders to prove the value of design and create a comprehensive process blueprint for how multi-disciplinary teams can better work together to achieve user-centered design outcomes.


Establishing global community during remote work through gamified design conference
Designed, implemented, and facilitated a fully interactive and gamified virtual conference bringing 110 globally distributed designers together for the first time at a crucial stage in organizational integration. The experience was facilitated through an immersive world I conceived and oversaw the creation of in Figma.
Fostering a team culture of growth, transparency and inclusion with manager toolkit
In a period of organizational uncertainty, I co-led the research, design, and implementation of a new toolkit to equip my team of managers to develop more informed, human-driven, and career-oriented relationships with their direct reports. With the help of the toolkit, I retained all my designers and went on to attract new members of my team from internal transfer and new hires, growing my team from 11 to 22 in under a year.


Introducing a culture of user research to drive informed experience strategy decisions
I led a multi-year initiative to level up a long-standing client's approach to design and strategic decision-making, advocating for the value of user research through sales initiatives and overseeing the delivery of subsequent research engagements.
Driving greater efficiencies in billion dollar sales meetings
Consulting for the world’s largest asset management firm, I led user research, product strategy definition and user experience design for an award-winning enterprise iPad application, saving the business the equivalent of 225 weeks of sales productivity per year.
